Gait Trainers
- What are the different models of the Walkabout? What are the differences?
- Currently, there are two (2) models of the Walkabout available for purchase. They are the "C" and "D" models. Both come equipped with no-back brakes and swivel locks, as well as adjustable length legs on the base. You WILL need to specify which version you desire when you order. The Walkabout "D" has a redesigned front assembly which includes a "2-track" column. The new column has greater flexibility for the user in attaching client specific adaptive components.
- How do I decide what size Walkabout is right for my child?
- You need to know the child's weight and inseam to insure proper fit.
Standers
- How do you convert an Omni or Rocket Stander from prone to supine?
- To convert an Omni or Rocket Stander from prone to supine, you will need to attach the supine neckrest (extra charge) in place of the sternum pad, rotate the shoeholders, detach and reverse the tray, and adjust the positioning supports accordingly.
Adaptive Components
- Do you make adaptive components out of materials besides Naugahyde?
- Yes. We make adaptive components out of Naugahyde Vinyl Laminate, Nylon Pack, Cloth or Darlex, or a combination if desired.
- Do your components fit on wheelchairs made by other companies?
- Yes. Mulholland adaptive components fit on most types of flat back wheelchairs. If you are unsure, feel free to call or email our customer service department.
- Is it possible to get adaptive components made in custom colors?
- Yes. We have the following colors in stock: Black, Red, Grey, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Teal, Burgundy, and Purple. If another color is desired, you may ship it to us.
- How do you get the measurements for your neckrests?

- How do I keep my GGS clean?
- The GGS is made out of waterproof materials, and can be washed with soap and water.

- How can I demo a product?
- Demo units are available to dealers who have had their Dealer Applications approved. Our Demo Policy is the following: THE TRIAL PERIOD IF 45 DAYS. IF THE UNIT IS RETURNED WITHIN 45 DAYS, FULL CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED, MINUS CHARGES FOR DAMAGES. CHARGES FOR DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED 20% OF NET COST. AFTER 45 DAYS, THE UNIT WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLD, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE NORMAL RETURN POLICY. RETURN FREIGHT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEALER.
- What is our warranty?
- All of our products, with the exception of Movitas, come with a one-year limited warranty.
- What is your Return Policy?
- The Mulholland Positioning Systems Inc. Return policy is the following: Non-customized items may be returned within 60 days of the invoice date for a partial refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from one of our customer service representatives to return an item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise is subject to inspection. Items that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted. Accepted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, due to the cost of replacing soft materials, plus any additional fees to fix repairable damage. Again, no customized parts or units are refundable, due to their lack of resale value.
