Seats & Backs

All solid seats and backs are constructed from 0.5" Douglas fir plywood, 3.5# polyester foam (unless otherwise specified), and are covered with premium grade Naugahyde, The corners and edges of the plywood backing are rounded, and the covers are zippered closed to achieve a cosmetically smooth product. "T" and/or special cutouts will be made according to the specifications, which you supply. Other seating foams, anti-thrust seats, and seat pans for cushions, are available and listed in the price sheet.
