Mulholland Positioning Systems, Inc. - Return Policy:
Non-customized items may be returned within 60 days of the invoice date for a partial refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from one of our customer service representatives to return an item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise is subject to inspection. Items that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted. Accepted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, due to the cost of replacing soft materials, plus any additional fees to fix repairable damage. Again, no customized parts or units are refundable, due to their lack of resale value.
